Botanicals
What goes into the glass
Late in the day on the Riviera, the air smells of warm herbs and citrus peel. That is where our recipes begin. Below you will find each botanical we use in the Riviera Dry Gin, the Negroni and the Dry Martini, and what it brings to the drink you pour.
Riviera Dry Gin
Nine organic botanicals. Juniper sits at the centre, with savory and lemon zest lifting it towards the coast. [TODO: add the remaining botanicals, origin and tasting note for each]
The Yacht Club Negroni
Fifteen organic botanicals, from sun-ripened citrus to bittering roots and Mediterranean herbs. [TODO: add botanical, origin, tasting note]
Riva Dolce Dry Martini
Eighteen organic botanicals, led by juniper with Mediterranean herbs, aromatic roots and a little citrus zest. [TODO: add botanical, origin, tasting note]
Porto Nobile Vodka
Italian organic grain and alpine spring water, nothing more.
