The Yacht Club
Negroni
Bitter orange, gentian root and sun-soaked vermouth — the classic Riviera aperitivo.
Origin
Florence, 1919. Count Camillo Negroni returned from his travels and asked the barman at Caffè Casoni to fortify his Americano with gin in place of soda. The orange replaced lemon, and a classic was born.
